When was the last time you surprised yourself?
Today at the Doctor's office ~
I was expecting to perhaps have lost a few pounds but he said I lost 30 since last year!
[I knew I was feeling better but WOW! 235 pounds was kinda wot got me to thinkin last year...sittin round online for 6 years sure added da weight...deciding to eat only 4 days a week since Thanksgiving really woix!]
And the the blood presure was good enough to light up his face!
After so much bad news in the media, so many internet hang-ups & so little television, it's a heck-of-a nice surprise wid mysef!
Is there anything you've done that you wish you'd apologized for, but didn't?
Yepper!
I'm so dreadfully sorry that I've FAILED to be a BETTER person to effect many MORE positive influences on the population of planet earth. I know I could have done better but I've just been extremely lazy, selfish & full of contempt. Sorry.
